The purpose of this system is to provide a connection directly between commercial businesses, community groups, Law Enforcement and the Near Northwest Management District to help serve these entities with public safety issues addressing criminal activity through partnerships.

This system is set up as both a commercial business and Community group's security site. The system is provided by the Near Northwest Management District for the purpose of supplementing public safety issues within the management districts boundaries. Those boundaries can be viewed by logging onto the district web site www.nearnorthwestdistrict.org.

The system operates by way of an approved individual representing a business or community group to the management district. This individual must supply their name, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number to (Law Enforcement) through the management districts contracted constable Deputy Sergeant. A release form is provided for this purpose through the Management District.
